Mending Hearts Primary Care is a mobile clinic that provides primary care services to individuals who faces challenges leaving their homes, such as the elderly and chronically ill. Our clinic offers house calls and telemedicine options to ensure that you receive the care you need in the most convenient way possible. We specialize in serving older adults and people with disabilities, but we also care for those aged 12 and up. Our team of healthcare professionals is dedicated to providing you with the best care possible, right in the comfort of your own home.
Stephanie Bailey
Meet Our Founder
Meet Stephanie Bailey, a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner and founder of Mending Hearts Primary Care. With over a decade of experience in various healthcare settings, including family medicine, emergency medicine, home care, and skilled nursing. Stephanie has developed a passion for providing holistic patient-centered care to individuals of all ages, particularly the elderly and those with disabilities. Originally from Jamaica, Stephanie moved to New York at the age of 14 and recently relocated to Florida after completing her Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner at Misericordia University in 2021. Her latest venture, Mending Hearts Primary Care, is a house call practice that is dedicated to delivering personalized care to those in need.
